ITINERARY
Beginning in Lisbon you are going to visit Fátima Sanctuary, the main religious spot in Portugal.
After Fátima, we are going to Batalha, where you can find one of the most important symbols of our history, the Batalha Monastery.
On our way to the Atlantic West Coast, you will see the biggest pine tree field in Portugal, right before we arrive at Nazaré, a fisherman’s village and a famous surf spot, where you can find the biggest waves in the world. Here the fish is king and it’s time to lunch.
You get the opportunity to eat a nice grilled fish that was captured by a local in the morning.
Our journey continues south to Óbidos, a medieval village from XII century.
Inside the castle walls, you can find a lot of handcraft stores mixed with churches and charming guest houses.
This village is also known by the chocolate and cherry liquor that you are definitely going to taste.
It’s time to return Lisbon.
